March 8th Festival of Women

Maybe not everyone knows that The Day of the Woman was created to commemorate a tragedy occurred in 1908 in New York, when the owner of a factory, locked the 129 workers on strike, within the stable and gave it fire.
Today, this festival has become an opportunity for women to devote themselves pleasing moments, getting away from routine and feel free for a day or two…! The most enterprising decide to spend a weekend out of town: Rome offers a wide variety of initiatives on this day: from festivities in the square, exciting evenings in disco with free admission (only for women of course), candlelight dinners in restaurants with meetings surprise! In addition, the Ministry for Cultural, has undertaken an initiative attractive: March 8th women will be the right to get free in all places of art
